Rosa Pelser-Strehlau

Rosa has been supporting Interface as a Human Resources Manager since May 2025.

She studied History and Dutch-German Relations in Nijmegen and Münster, with a strong focus on intercultural communication and European cooperation—topics that continue to shape her professional outlook. Since relocating to Berlin in 2018, she has worked as an HR Generalist in various roles within the (social) start-up scene, gaining broad experience in HR operations, recruitment, people development, and organizational culture and growth.
