Strategic Response to Cyber Operations

The Hamburg Institute for Theology and Peace invited Dr. Sven Herpig to a two-day workshop to discuss questions surrounding the topic of "Cyber Warfare Strategic Challenges and Ethical Perspectives". Dr. Sven Herpig joined distinguished speakers from Germany, Israel and the United States to present his work on a possible strategic framework enabling national responses to cyber operations.
