Role of the EU in UN Cyber Diplomacy

As follow-up to the Cyber Dialogue 2019, EU Cyber Direct organized a one day workshop to discuss the 2015 UN Group of Government Expert proceedings and prepare a unified EU perspective for this year's inauguration of the United Nations Group of Government Experts (UNGGE) and Open-Ended Working Group (OEWG). The meeting was run in parallel to a gathering of the cyber diplomats from EU member states. Sven Herpig participated in the workshop to give his ideas on the future of international resilience and capacity building.
