Responding to Russian Cyber Operations

On March 22, the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) hosted their Russia Strategy Group meeting in Madrid, focusing on hybrid threats including cyber operations. Together with Dimitri Vogelaar from the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Sven Herpig discussed possible reactions to hostile cyber activities, covering the attribution to response cycle.
