European Cyber Diplomacy Dialogue

Sven Herpig was invited to present his paper on governmental vulnerability assessment and management and discuss its function as an international norm to improve overall resilience of the Internet ecosystem. The ensuing debate revolved around the potential to engage a range of states with varying takes on the norms debate. Present were "cyber ambassadors" from 20 EU member states as well as EU officials.
