Digital Autonomy: Risks and Control

On October 29, the Center for Advanced Security, Strategy and Integration Studies (CASSIS) of the University of Bonn organized the panel "Responding to Technological Ruptures. Digital Dependencies during Geopolitical Rivalries" as part of its International Security Forum Bonn 2025. Together with Laura Mahrenbach and Paul Timmers, Dr. Sven Herpig discussed his perspective on risks and control within the wider debate around European digital autonomy.
