On 27 March 2026, Christina Rupp participated as a panelist in a Women in Cyber (WiC) Fellowship training session. She contributed to the panel “Contributions to responsible State Behaviour from the multistakeholder community,” alongside Eugene Tan (RSIS), Juan Carlos Lara (Derechos Digitales), and Noa Schreuer (ICRC). The discussion explored the role of the multistakeholder community in supporting the implementation of the UN framework for responsible state behaviour in cyberspace.
The WiC Fellowship is a joint initiative of the governments of Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Germany, in cooperation with UNIDIR. It aims to advance gender equality and the full, equal, and meaningful participation of women in global cyber diplomacy and negotiations, including within the UN “Global Mechanism” on ICT security and responsible state behaviour.
