Presentation on "Cyber Diplomacy: Beyond the Buzzword"

During an event highlighting the cooperation between Germany and ECOWAS regarding cyber ciplomacy, Helene Pleil gave a presentation on “Presentation on "Cyber Diplomacy: Beyond the Buzzword” Helene gave an overview of the existing international framework of cyber diplomacy and the current threat landscape.

The event took place on February, 25 in Berlin and was hosted by the GIZ.
