On October 29, 2025, Christina Rupp spoke in the webinar “Global cyber diplomacy discussions: past, present & future” organized by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) as part of its Cybersecurity Awareness Month initiative.
Together with Katherine Prizeman from the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA) and Szilvia Toth (OSCE), Christina provided a historical overview of UN cyber diplomacy processes, discussed the framework of responsible state behavior, and gave an outlook on the Global Mechanism and the expectations of different stakeholders.
