How Brazil Shaped Global Cyber Norms

At the invitation of Livia Sobota, Deputy Head of the Cyber Defense and Security Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil, Alexandra Paulus held a presentation at the Digital Governance Network at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil. She presented excerpts of her dissertation on how Brazil shaped global cyber norms. The network consists of diplomats stationed both in Brasília and all over the world who work on cybersecurity and digital issues.
