On May 14, 2025, DiploFoundation organized a launch event for the second Chapter of the Geneva Manual on the margins of the Global Conference on Cyber Capacity-Building (GC3B) in Geneva. Christina Rupp spoke at the event’s discussion segment “Recalibrating the international order: Norms, powers, and responsibility in a multipolar, multistakeholder world,” moderated by Emmanuella Darkwah from the Ghanaian Cyber Security Authority with fellow panelist Xiang Zheng Teo, Ensign InfoSecurity.
The Geneva Manual is a product of the Geneva Dialogue on Responsible Behaviour in Cyberspace, established by Switzerland in 2018 and implemented by DiploFoundation.
