During a two half-day remote workshop, the Cyber Diplomacy Working Group on "Government's Role in Increasing Software Supply Chain Security" met to discuss different nuances of the topic, such as the diverse technical tools, the room for government action, opportunities and limits for international coordination and cooperation as well as concrete case studies. The workshop results provide the basis for a forthcoming paper.
During a fireside chat on the first workshop day, John Reyels (Head of the Cyber Policy Coordination Staff, German Federal Foreign Office) discussed the diplomacy challenges related to the topic with the members of the working group.
